4. International Shipping & Importer Responsibility

If you are ordering from outside our home operating country, please note that your personal and order data will be transferred across international borders to facilitate delivery. As the buyer, you are the importer of record. Your data will be shared with international shipping carriers and customs brokers strictly to clear your items through customs and execute delivery.

5. California Proposition 65 & Consumer Rights

For our customers located in California, please note that certain products sold on this site (including plastics and metals in die-cast vehicles) contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. We fulfill our notice obligations by providing clear warnings on our product pages.
