Section 1 - Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
Choking Hazard Warning: You acknowledge that the 1:64 scale die-cast vehicles and collectibles sold on this site contain small parts, present a potential choking hazard, and are generally unsafe for children under 3 years old. You assume all responsibility for verifying age ratings on manufacturer packaging before purchase.
Lawful Use: You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). [1]
Security: You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Section 2 - General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Data Transfer: You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Intellectual Property Boundaries: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Section 3 - Product Authenticity & Independent Reseller Status
Trademark Disclosure: Hot Wheels and Matchbox are registered trademarks of Mattel, Inc. This online store operates strictly as an independent retail reseller of authentic collectibles. At this time, we are not an authorized wholesale distributor, licensed affiliate, or direct corporate partner of Mattel, Inc.
Descriptive Use: All product names, logos, and trademarks used on this site are the sole property of their respective owners and are used strictly for consumer identification and descriptive purposes.
Section 4 - Product Condition, Accuracy, and Completeness
We sell a curated mix of both brand-new and pre-owned (used) 1:64 scale items.
New Items: Sold in original manufacturer packaging. Minor factory variances, standard manufacturing variations, or retail shelf wear may occur.
Used / Vintage Items: Sold strictly "as-is" and "with all faults." While we provide detailed photos and descriptions of used inventory, we do not warrant that older collectibles will be free from minor defects, age-related wear, blister packaging degradation, or card warping.
Color & Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Section 5 - Modifications to the Service and Prices
Price Shifts: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Discontinuation: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Section 6 - Future Pre-Orders & Product Allocation Policy
Any future availability of product pre-orders (such as factory-sealed cases) will be subject to specific allocation rules:
Arrival Estimates: Pre-order arrival dates are estimates provided by third-party distributors and are subject to change or cancellation by the manufacturer.
Supply Shortages: We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any pre-order if manufacturer supply shortages or regional distributor allocation cuts occur.
Section 7 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Order Restrictions: These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
Correction Duty: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Section 8 - International Shipping & Customs Responsibility
We offer international shipping options solely at the customer's expense.
Importer of Record: The buyer is explicitly designated as the importer of record and is exclusively responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or clearance fees levied by their home country.
Checkout Terms: These local fees are not included in our checkout transaction price.
Delays & Refusals: We are not responsible for delivery delays, packages held by international customs offices, or local postal service performance. Shipping fees will not be refunded if an international package is refused by the buyer due to customs fees.
Section 9 - California Proposition 65 Compliance
Safety Warning: Products sold on this site, including the plastics, paints, and metals used in 1:64 scale die-cast vehicles, may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from transactions on this site must be filed in the appropriate state or federal court located in California.

Updates: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
Contract Notes: (Note: Once our direct wholesale distributor agreement with Mattel, Inc. is finalized, these terms will be updated to remove independent reseller restrictions and reflect our updated corporate status).
